Push Hands is the martial training of Tai Chi Chuan. Whereas practicing the form initiates the student to the basic principles of posture; centering, balance, coordination, etc., it is essentially a method for knowing oneself. Push hands however, is the practice of knowing others. Classes are every other week (check the calendar), one and a half hour duration.
