Wu Ji Jing Gong Form

Wu Ji Jing Gong Form is characterized by slow, gentle, circular movements with a strong emphasis on awareness of internal energy.  The goal of practice is to improve the quality of life, maintain physical health, increase a person's mental awareness and enhance spiritual serenity.  The movements in combination with mental calmness have proven to be effective in relieving the effects of diverse maladies, otherwise difficult to control by western medical standards, such as, obesity, hypertension, nervous disorders, arthritis, ulcers, lupus, chronic fatigue, skeletal-muscular disorders and heart disease.
