Silver Tiger Tai Chi- Internal Arts for Health & Fitness



This class concentrates on the movements of the first & second sections of the Wu Ji Jing Gong Tai Chi form. Students are challenged to improve their balance, flexibility, and coordination by moving through a series of turns, kicks, and single-footed stances. It is highly recommended that a student complete Introductory and Beginner classes to effectively participate. Classes are one and a half hours and will b egin with Qigong warm-ups.
